Before you arrive in Australia

There are a couple of things you need to know about your policy when you're preparing to leave your home country.

  1. 1 - 2 weeks before your declared arrival date we will get in touch with you to confirm your new Australian details.
  2. We will also email you this link to update your Direct Debit and Direct Credit details.
  3. You need to enter these details with us before you arrive in Australia. If we can't contact you when you're in Australia or take payment from you, then we will have to cancel your health insurance policy and inform the Department of Immigration that you are no longer covered. This may cause problems for you regarding your visa.
