Before you arrive in Australia
There are a couple of things you need to know about your health.com.au policy when you're preparing to leave your home country.
- 1-2 weeks before your declared arrival date Frank will get in touch with you to confirm your new Australian details and email you a couple of forms:
- Direct Debit details
- Direct Credit details
- You must complete these and return them to Frank before you arrive in Australia. If we can't contact you when you're in Australia or take payment from you, then your health insurance policy will be cancelled and the Department of Immigration will be informed that you are no longer covered. This may cause problems for you regarding your visa.
